Our Story.
Well The Plumb King was born one hot summers day in 2009 in Adelaide . While looking for a business name to start a quality Plumbing business I started to think out side the box and shorten Plumbing to Plumb. To Plumb is actually the original pronunciation dating back to the ancient roman times and later was changed to plumbing by the British some time later. I was on the quest for a Plumbing name that would be able to convey quality, service and a premium experience fit for royalty.
THE PLUMB KING Brand has become iconic to the many loyal customers. We have recently restructured our business to a more scalable model with a business strategy to expand as a franchise and grow to the national level sustainably maintaining and expanding our market share in the multi billion dollar industry. I do believe that you make and forge your own path in life, and your destiny is what you make of it. THE PLUMB KING was some how hidden from the sight until I found the buried treasure. How the other business names which are now part of the Plumb King Group where not taken is a mystery. I was able to unearth and now combine to my growing vision and able to link the brands together in unsent. With many more years of evolving, testing and customizing our systems we aspire to become the market leader in the plumbing and gas industry.
1 year ago we evolved into the THE PLUMB KING SUPER GROUP and now have combined the business names which now form together to be part of a iconic AUSTRALIAN PLUMBING COMPANY. We still have a long way to go and are under no illusion of the challenges and many obstacles that are part of business. Our mission is to deliver service, value and a great customer experience. While always striving for innervation, water saving and environmental sustainable products and accessories. We aspire to be the most trusted and recognised Plumbing brand and our associated services. We are dedicated to give back to communities, set up ground braking programs and helping to make the world a better place.
THE PLUMB KING GROUP now consists of THE PLUMB KING + THE GAS KING + HOT WATER KING + THE IRRIGATION KING + STORM WATER KING.
My Vision is still in the early stages and we still have a long road ahead, but the end goal is to set up Plumbing franchise system, while maintaining the highest standard in service, quality and innovation. We have recently now restructured our business model and I am currently finishing off the web sites for each brand. Each business name has a tailored marketing strategy which is always evolving with testing, trial and thinking out side the box a constant evolution of the creation THE PLUMB KING SUPER GROUP tm.
I have a number of creative promotion campaigns to launch the brand to the next level taking a leaf out of inspirational creators such as Richard Brandson, Tony Robbins and Les Brown competing with big business with out the capital or major investment is a challenging task which will take something very special. It is possible and I believe achievable.
I cant give to much away at this stage , you will have to wait and see what we have in store. We are building a true Australian iconic Business that will set new heights and standards as the bench mark in customer service and Experience.
Its not about the final destination, its all about the journey...

At The Plumb King we always deliver quality and service to all clients whether we are completing a small maintenance job or a large commercial project. We have strict quality control measures in place and our tradesmen take pride in there work and enjoy what they do. We only employ experienced quality plumbers with great people skills and attention to detail. Our tradesmen are routinely engaging in constant training and skill enhancements to keep our tradesmen at the cutting edge of all new products and offer our clients up to date information so they can make informed decisions on all plumbing and gas needs.

Proprietor & Tradesman At 33 years of age Ben brings 15 years plumbing experience to the team. Initially training with Smith Brothers for 4 years in maintenance & construction. He then went on to work on the Adelaide Airport project as well as the Q1 project on the Gold Coast before working in maintenance & construction. Subsequent to this he worked at the Myer Centre on plant equipment and then worked for Complete Fire. He relocated to the UK where he worked at London’s Imperial College as a maintenance officer before returning to Adelaide to work for WC Plumbing prior to establishing The Plumb King in 2001. |
Dylan Giles
Tradesman At 25 years old, Dylan brings 8 years plumbing experience to the team. Having initially trained with Koll Plumbing Service specialising in new homes, extensions, home renovations & gas installation services, he then moved on to work for Peninsula Plumbing where he undertook the role as site foreman running a team of tradesmen completing a range of residential, commercial & industrial plumbing projects. He took on the role as owner & director of his own company Midway Plumbing before taking on his role here at The Plumb King. Dylan is extremely capable at handing a range of plumbing & gas projects. |
Oren Myroniuk
Trademan At 30 years of age, Oren brings 13 years plumbing experience to the team. Having initially trained with Taps before working with WC Plumbing supervising small to medium sized construction projects around Adelaide, he then undertook a job working maintenance completing a wide range of tasks prior to working for Adelaide Plumbing & Civil where he took on the role of site supervisor. After completing his time at Adelaide Plumbing & Civil, he moved on to work for Hindmarsh Plumbing working on the Adelaide Oval Redevelopment as well as the new Adelaide Hospital before joining The Plumb King |
